Prepping the file:

To begin prepping the file for level 2, click on the “check” option in the “data processing” box (image: check raw data). This will open the “Raw data checking” window seen below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this window, check the “Gain Setting and CV” boxes, enter the desired setting and click “check”. This will label certain channels as good or bad depending on the values determined for Gain Setting and CV (%), the number of good and bad channels will be displayed in boxes within this window. After the channels have been checked, select “save and close”.

Once the  raw data has been checked, click on  “set markers”  in the “Experimental data and conditions window”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This will promt you to load the appropriate event marker, which is classified as a .evt file. Once the .evt file has been opened, you will be asked to input the stimulus duration in the appropriate box. The duration will be determined by the trial performed (e.g. motor tapping trial=30 seconds).With the Duration selected, click “save and close”. There will be a text update in the Running status box indicating that the event file has been edited and saved.
